Meet the Founder

Ecem Meta is a founding professional coach. She graduated from Istanbul Technical University with a degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics and began her career in her field of study. Analytical thinking and scientific rigor have been decisive at every stage of her career.

Since 2011, she has held various roles such as operations manager and senior specialist in the international pharmaceutical and clinical research sectors, taking on various responsibilities in international projects. Her ability to manage complex processes and make sound decisions in crisis situations forms the foundation of her work approach.

In 2025, she transitioned to the field of ICF-accredited professional coaching after completing her education. She continues her work under Maris Global Consulting, guiding individuals to discover their potential with scientific clarity. In her work, she adopts a multidimensional perspective that draws from disciplines such as sociology, philosophy, literature, and art history.
